Some of the tools we used, also, some wood work on the 3/4 inches plywood board. this is the cutting of the front siding of the telescope. The circles opening are made with the router, but could be done using a saw or a jig saw. The tools on the left is a router, the one in the middle is a cordless drill, the one on the right is a jig saw. |

Base from the back, the circular opening, allow the main corps tube to go as low as possible. We did not get our inspiration from a tools used in the past of the name of "Guillotine", if you feel some similarities, be reassured, it is only in your imagination... |

It seems easier to cut a full circle first, then cut the shape of the two base sidings. The router is being used with a guide to make nice circles. |

Inside Base. The two rubber with "Teflon" coating, are used to slide refrigerators. They prevent the main corps tube, from going out and fall. The little pads, are used to put under chairs. In our case, they will allow the main corps tube to slide freely. |
