We left the freeway for the route 66. We went to look for the "Bagdad Cafe" (from a movie), but had to come back as the day was already close to the evening. Here we did a short stop and went to Amboy crater for a short time, then decided to plan another weekend to climb it and to go to the cafe. Nous avosn quiter la freeway pour prendre la route 66. Nous somes alle a la recherche du "Bagdad cafe" (du film du meme nom) mais avons renonce vu l'hdeure avance de la journee, nous avions encore de la route a faire. Ici nous avons fais un bref arret a Amboy crater, nous avons decide de preparer une autre excursion d'un weekend pour y venir et le grimper, puis nous rendre au cafe. |

This crater is about 250 ft high, it is a volcano who spit fire up to about 500 years ago. Le crater est environ 80 m de haut, c'est un volcan qui a cracher du feu il y a 500 ans environ. |
